For the patient , this translates into greater recognition (and empathetic understanding ) of their care expectations . For a Nurse , an effort applied thus , leads to consolidation of spot techniques in primary and prolonged care . Although in many Nursing publications , there is an over-emphasis on randomised control trials (RCT ‘s ) and systematic reviews by experts in the field ,in this portfolio at least , the main purpose of this project has been to gather a report on systematic evidences from a simple perspective of what should constitute in the best , and overall interests of the patient . This developed stream of knowledge would help a nurse provide the best inputs possible for further study .Rationale for practice-based care intervention : This report is based on evidence-based nursing practice for patients admitted in hospitals for various “depression and anxiety syndromes the psychological trauma and distress suffered by them especially as an outcome of other serious disorders such as coronary diseases , nicotine-deaddiction , stress or just a simple accident . The specific implications for Nursing practice are many : apart from knowledge of first-hand patient care through conventional medication practice , this practice also provides a nurse the testing opportunity to empathetically “connect ‘ with the patients at a psychological level , the experience that it can provide is crucial and important for rendering the best-possible care service at all levels of patient study since battling depression (and trauma ) is the most important ingredient towards achieving the target at all levels of attention .
